In today’s episode of Anupamaa, tensions rise as Anupama confronts Vasundhara over Prem’s innocence. Vasundhara urges her to trust the power of the Kothari family, but Anupama defends her stance, saying she likes Prem and only wants to help. Rahi suggests submitting the blood-stained shirt to the police, believing it could clear Prem’s name. Vasundhara ridicules both Rahi and Anupama, accusing the latter of misleading Rahi and overestimating herself just because she once taught dance in jail. She then asks them to leave, claiming they’re disturbing her peace. Anupama consoles a heartbroken Rahi.
Meanwhile, Parag and Anil urge the inspector to release Prem. The inspector asks them to cooperate with the investigation. While Anil decides to meet Prem, Parag refuses, not wanting to upset him further. During their conversation, Anil tries to jog Prem’s memory about the night of the murder, but Prem remains confused and anxious about Rahi. Anil assures him that everything will be fine.
Back at the Kothari house, Vasundhara secretly burns the shirt, declaring that Prem will be saved. Unknown to her, Mohit sees everything. Elsewhere, Prarthana blames Gautam for not supporting Prem, but Gautam insists that Prem killed Ashish and deserves punishment.
Parag experiences a disturbing dream about Prem and wakes up troubled. Khyati consoles him, expressing her belief that someone has framed Prem. Mohit, meanwhile, plans to strengthen the false case by bribing someone.
Anupama grows increasingly worried about Rahi. Raghav expresses doubts about Prem’s guilt and brings up Tripathi, who had visited the jail months ago. Anupama remembers Mohit calling Tripathi and asks Raghav to dig deeper into the connection.
Ansh informs the Shah family that Prem’s bail plea has been rejected. Leela asks Ishani and Pari to emotionally support Rahi. Mahi prays for Prem’s freedom, while Leela warns her of consequences. Pakhi later convinces Ishani and Pari to visit Rahi.
Elsewhere, Prarthana contacts Ansh to discuss the situation, unaware that Gautam is secretly listening to the call. Mohit observes Khyati and Parag praying and fasting for Prem. When Mohit bitterly comments about being abandoned by his mother, Khyati begins to doubt him.
Rahi visits Prem in jail, and their emotional reunion brings hope. She comforts him and feeds him with care.
Later, Anupama sees Mohit meeting with Tripathi and secretly records the interaction. Her suspicion towards Mohit deepens. Under police pressure, Mohit nervously gives a statement against Prem.
In a twist, Raghav recognizes Tripathi and agrees to help Anupama investigate further. Meanwhile, Mohit tells the inspector about Prem’s blood-stained shirt, prompting the police to question Rahi. She reveals that Vasundhara has the shirt.
