Anupama 7th February 2025 Written Update Parag fumes in anger

The episode opens with Parag remarking on Prem’s role at the Shah residence. He explains that Prem is responsible for a wide range of duties—from fetching rations to repairing electrical appliances such as lights, fans, and hair dryers. Parag stresses that Prem’s responsibilities extend far beyond that of a mere chef, as he essentially functions as a full‐time servant. Despite the hard-earned reputation of the family, Prem is visibly distressed and ashamed to be associated with the Kothari name. In a moment of heated frustration, Prem exclaims that he is mortified by being called a Kothari and, if necessary, is prepared to change his name to Prem Anupama Joshi. He insists that he would rather cook for Rahi, the Shah family, and their neighbors—people who truly appreciate his talent—than continue in his current situation. He even jests about being known as “Anu Maam’s devotee” or “Rahi’s subordinate,” a statement that infuriates Parag.

Meanwhile, Pakhi is insistent that Ishani consider marrying Raja, pointing out his possession of an impressive car. Despite Pakhi’s persistent urging and insistence that Ishani should not be obstinate, Ishani remains unconvinced. Pakhi goes on to claim that Ishani had, at one time, wished for stardom in films—a dream that ultimately did not materialize—and now must secure her future by aligning with Raja.

In a separate scene, Rahi and Prem connect via video call to express how deeply they miss one another. Rahi shares that she prepared moong bhajiya that day, a dish that evoked laughter among those present, prompting a lighthearted response from Prem. While Rahi conveys her excitement about becoming part of a joint family through marriage, Prem voices his reservations about fully accepting the Kotharis, remarking that he does not yet regard them as his own family. In response, Rahi assures him that she will eventually win them over—not merely as a daughter-in-law, but as a daughter—by adapting to their ways. Although Anupama recognizes Rahi’s earnest efforts, she remains apprehensive about whether Rahi will indeed be embraced by the Kothari family.

Subsequently, Rahi and Prem devote their energies to preparing a business presentation aimed at expanding “Anu ki Rasoi.” Their determination is palpable as they nurture hopes of attracting substantial investment. With a note of optimism, Prem remarks that success will eventually grace them, a sentiment symbolically sealed when Rahi plants a good-luck kiss on his cheek. When investors arrive, Prem introduces their venture on their behalf. Despite Anupama’s evident nervousness, Babu ji reassures the team, and the investors proceed to request detailed annual figures, including margins and profits. Rahi’s presentation impresses both Prem and the investors, who soon express their willingness to invest in the startup, requesting the formal submission of documents. The news fills Rahi and Prem with elation, and Prem even remarks that Rahi is the ideal daughter-in-law for the Kotharis—a comment that implies even Parag would have approved of her performance. Buoyed by this success, they look forward to chasing their dreams in Mumbai.

The investor later communicates the proposal to fund “Anu ki Rasoi” on behalf of Parag, who contemplates the offer carefully. Rahi and Prem then share the promising development with the Shah family. In celebration, Anupama suggests hosting a pani puri party. Amid the festivities, Prem teasingly labels Rahi as a “calculator,” a remark that Anupama rebuts by reminding everyone that Rahi, being Anuj Kapadia’s daughter, has inherited his business acumen. She emphasizes that collective teamwork, rather than individual effort, will ensure success. Ansh observes that although the pair initially appeared mismatched, they now complement each other perfectly. While Babu ji lauds the harmony of the duo, Mahi is noticeably discomfited, prompting Anupama to advise her to move forward. Mahi, however, retorts by questioning whether Anupama herself has moved on from Anuj, a comparison that Anupama quickly dismisses, though Mahi remains unwilling to relinquish her attachment to Prem.

As the celebration continues, Badshah, Raja, and Prarthana join Prem, prompting Raja to worry about possible repercussions from Parag. Prem, however, encourages him to relish the moment, remarking that indulging in pani puri is harmless. During the gathering, Badshah inquires about Radha; Anupama explains that Baa had taken her to a sadsang. She then informs the vendor that the pani puri stall has been a longstanding establishment since her children were young, and given the crowd, they will be serving pani puri. Actively involved, she collaborates with the vendor in preparing the dish. In another part of the celebration, Pakhi endeavors to bring Ishani closer to Raja, although Raja remains indifferent, while Ansh finds himself bonding with Prarthana. Pakhi imagines a potential union between Ishani and Raja with a smile, even as Mahi becomes visibly upset by the closeness between Rahi and Prem.

Elsewhere, Gautam, Anil, and Parag are traveling by car. In the vehicle, Gautam attempts to sow discord by accusing Anupama of exploiting Prem for her wealth, an allegation that enrages Parag and leads him to declare that he will not invest in “Anu ki Rasoi.”

Returning to the celebration, Prem is seen enjoying the pani puri while Anupama offers to clean the utensils—despite Mukesh Bhai’s insistence that she should not do so. Parag briefly stops the car to observe the scene and notices Prem assisting Anupama with cleaning his utensils. Soon after, Badshah also participates by cleaning his plate, with Raja and Prarthana joining in hesitantly. Mukesh commends their efforts, and Badshah expresses his gratitude for the delicious, well-prepared pani puri. Seizing the moment, Prem takes a selfie with the group. When Anil suggests they depart and instructs the driver to resume their journey, Parag disembarks from the car. As Prem takes another selfie, the group becomes aware of Parag’s approach. Prarthana appears startled at the sight of Gautam, and although Rahi and Anupama greet Parag, he declines to engage further, instead instructing Raja, Badshah, and Prarthana to return to the car before leaving with his own vehicle.

Later, Khyati announces that she has prepared shahi tukda for Parag. When Parag arrives home accompanied by the children, Moti Baa inquires about the source of his evident distress. Parag laments the public display of cleaning utensils by the Kothari family, a practice he finds demeaning. Mita reprimands her children for their behavior, while Gautam remarks that consuming pani puri in such a manner resembles begging. Anil contributes his own observations as Parag continues to admonish Raja, Badshah, and Prarthana. Raja protests, explaining that he was compelled by Prem, but Parag asserts that he had witnessed the entire incident. Shortly thereafter, Badshah suffers from a stomachache, prompting Mita to blame Prem for adversely affecting the children’s digestion. Baa criticizes the family for consuming roadside pani puri, and Mita contacts Prem to inform him of Badshah’s discomfort, noting that he is unaccustomed to outside food. Rahi suggests remedying the situation with ajwain water, and Anupama remarks that such exposure will eventually condition him to external cuisines. Mita expresses her gratitude for the advice before abruptly ending the call. Finally, Moti Baa dismisses Anupama’s counsel as mere lecturing, and when Khyati offers to prepare kada, Moti Baa intervenes. The episode concludes with the arrival of Pandit ji, as Moti Baa underscores the importance of ensuring that Rahi’s kundali is well-matched.
